Terms of Service
This is what you agree to when you use Orbit, what you can expect from us, and what you can do if we stop delivering it.

Orbit is a service run from Spain. For any question about the service, your subscription, invoices or your data, write to us from the contact page and we will reply by email.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orbit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. If you use it on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them.
2. Description of Service
Orbit is a lookup and planning assistant for OGame players. It reads data from the official public game API, runs calculations and helps you prepare decisions. It performs no action inside the game: it does not send fleets, build, research or spy. It is an unofficial fan project, with no connection to Gameforge and no endorsement from them.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating it, to keep your credentials secure, to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access, and to accept responsibility for activity carried out from it. You must be at least 16 years old. We will never ask for your in-game password, and you should not give it to any tool.
4. Free Tier and AI Usage
AI usage is measured in energy, a single unit for every plan that reflects the work each answer takes: what is read and written, the reasoning and every tool call. A simple answer uses little energy; a long analysis or one with many tools uses more. Each plan guarantees an amount of energy, not a specific AI model. Free includes 616 energy per week, which resets in full every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Individual Pro includes 12,000 energy per 3-day block and Individual Max 96,000 per block (eight times Pro); a block starts with your first question and renews three days later. Unused energy does not carry over. Each Alliance seat provides energy in proportion to its price, with the same energy per euro as the equivalent individual plan, and the energy of all your active plans and seats adds up. When the period’s energy runs out, AI chat pauses until the renewal; if an answer in progress costs more than what was left, it is completed and the difference is deducted from that period. Deep thinking, available on Max, reasons more thoroughly and uses more energy per answer. Calculators do not use energy; Free includes one player scan per week and paid plans include unlimited scans. All plans have a reasonable hourly message limit to prevent abuse. After a valid referral is verified, both the inviter and the invited person receive extra energy equal to one week of Free; it adds to their plan, cannot be transferred and has no monetary value. Orbit may update or replace the AI models it uses, provided each plan’s energy still allows at least the same volume of use.
5. Premium Subscription and Billing
Stripe bills in advance and processes your card details; Orbit does not see or store them. Subscriptions renew monthly and you can cancel from the customer portal, effective at the end of the paid period. The portal supports payment-method and invoice management. You can request a switch between Individual Pro and Max in Orbit; it takes effect at the next billing cycle, without proration or a second subscription. Each Alliance seat is a separate subscription; one person can pay for seats in multiple Alliances without replacing an Individual plan or another seat: each member authorizes and pays Orbit for their own seat; the person who creates the space does not collect or pay for anyone else. The per-seat price depends on the number of active seats and whether it is Pro or Max, is shown before purchase, and changes from new or removed seats apply only to the next cycle, never the period already paid. The amount and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. If you pay for a seat in an alliance of a universe where you already had an active seat in another alliance, the previous seat stops renewing automatically and ends at the end of its paid period, with no refunds or proration; until then you add up the energy of both. You can leave an alliance at any time and its managers can remove you: you lose access immediately, your seat stops renewing and you keep its energy until the end of the paid period. If a space with active seats is closed, all of them stop renewing in the same way.
6. Third-Party Data Sources and Service Availability
Orbit depends on services we do not control: the official public OGame API, owned by Gameforge, and external artificial intelligence providers. If any of those sources becomes unavailable, changes its terms, restricts its use or blocks our access, we may suspend or withdraw the features that depend on it. This is an objective cause outside our control, and we state it here expressly. If it happens we will inform you clearly and with as much notice as the circumstances allow, at no additional cost to you. If what is withdrawn is essential and significantly affects your use of the Service, you may terminate the subscription within thirty days of the notice and we will refund the proportionate part of the period you paid for and did not enjoy, by the same payment method and within fourteen days.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital services, this right may be limited only in the cases and under the requirements allowed by law; before purchase, we will clearly explain any consent needed to start the service immediately and its effect on withdrawal. To withdraw, simply contact us through the contact page.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in breach of applicable law; not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; not to use automated systems to access it without permission; not to circumvent its usage limits or access controls; not to share, resell or redistribute access to your account or the data obtained through it as a service of your own; and not to use it to automate actions inside the game. The changes in points or ships the tool shows are observed activity on public data, never proof that someone is online, and must not be presented as such.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, its code, design and texts belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you enter, and grant us only the licence needed to provide the Service to you. OGame and its associated trademarks are the property of Gameforge, which neither takes part in nor endorses this project; game data is read through its public API.
10. Disclaimer and Limitations
The Service is provided as described in these Terms. We do not guarantee that data coming from the official API is complete, accurate or instantly up to date, because it is not ours, nor that estimates, calculations and recommendations will be right: they are aids to deciding, not certainties. Responses generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors and are worth checking before acting on them.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury and the rights that consumer law grants on a mandatory basis.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses or reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Termination
You may request account closure from the contact page. A closure request does not cancel active subscriptions by itself: cancel each Individual plan or Alliance seat through its payment-management option to stop renewals. We process the request and associated data under the privacy policy and applicable deadlines. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, giving notice where possible; if the suspension is permanent and a paid period remained, we will refund the unused part.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. If a change affects you significantly we will give you at least thirty days' notice and you may cancel before it takes effect, at no cost and with a refund of the unused part. Minor changes are published here with their update date.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving you of the protection granted by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If something goes wrong, contact us first through the contact page. If we cannot agree, you may turn to the competent consumer bodies or an appropriate alternative dispute resolution entity; the former European ODR platform is no longer available.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held void or unenforceable, it will be treated as not written and the remainder will stay fully valid.
